Summary / Abstract :

The note to Thailand expressed astonishment at Learning in the press of the proposal for the United Nations to send a group of observers to investigate presence of free Khmer troops in Thailand and referred to the practical futility of such a proposal. It proposed, however, That there should be meeting of "personalities" fully aware of free Khmer activities.
