I gave some account of Minister view as expressed at S.E.A.T.O council on desirability of development of community of Nations in south East Asia and this led to the subject of outstanding differences between countries in the area. Sarit said that Thailand had tried of be friendly with Cambodians but Sihanouk had made it very difficult.
