Summary / Abstract :
|
The Thai Minister for Foreign Affaris informed me that the Thai representative in Phnom Penh had been instructed to inform Cambodian Government that the Thais were prepared to enter into discussions on all matters outstanding between the two countries and on the understanding that (i) Cambodia would indicate status of their representative, (ii) Meeting should take place in Bangkok or New York, (iii) Discussions should be attender by a third party appointed by the secretary General of the United Nations.
