The confession of Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-98, confessed that he knew the activities of Heang, chief of blood testing group at P-98. In September 1976, Heang received plots from Rom, chief of surgery section, to kill cadre and forces, to steal medical material and foodstuffs, and to provoke conflict in one unit to another.
ចម្លើយ ផ្លុង នាត ហៅធី យុទ្ធជន ព-៩៨ ឆ្លើយពី ហ៊ាង ប្រធាន ក្រុមពិនិត្យឈាម ព-៩៨ ថា នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦ ហ៊ាង ចូលរួម ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី រ៉ុម ប្រធានវះកាត់ អោយសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន លួចថ្នាំពេទ្យ សម្ភារៈហូបចុក និង អោយបង្កទំនាស់ពី អង្គភាពមួយទៅអង្គភាពមួយ។
