Thanat told that no reply had yet gone to Cambodians but that cabinet ha decided that one should be sent on following lines- (a) Thai government was ready to have consultation with Cambodian Government it all correct differences between them were discussed, (b) the Thai Government considered it essential that United Nations observer should be presented at discussions.
