After some days delay I managed to see the foreign Minister and pass on Boon's message of the 27th July emphasizing that While it Seemed to me that the Thais were not without their preservation regarding Cambodia the would probably be disposed towards meeting a Cambodian delegation to disuses outstanding problems in an atmosphere free from mutual press recriminations.
