Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-93, confessed that he knew the activities of woman Nan, chief of P-98 group. In September 1976, Nan received the plot from Rom, chief of operator group, to kill cadre and soldier who had treatment in hospital P-98, to provoke conflict in one unit to another and to steal medicines and material.
ចម្លើយ ផ្លុង នាត ហៅ ធី យុទ្ធជន ព-៩៨ ឆ្លើយពីនារី ណន ប្រធានក្រុមព-៩៨ ថា នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦ ណនចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក់ត់ពី រ៉ុម ប្រធានក្រុមវះកាត់ អោយសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន ដែលព្យាបាលជំងឺនៅ ព-៩៨ អោយលួចថ្នាំពេទ្យ សម្ភារៈ និង បង្កទំនាស់ពីអង្គភាពមួយទៅអង្គភាពមួយ។
