Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-93, confessed that he knew the activities of woman Net, female soldier of P-98. In September 1976, Net received the plot from Rom, chief of operator group, to kill cadre and soldier who had treatment in hospital P-98, to provoke conflict in one unit to another and to steal medicines and material.
