Sukich (leader of the Thai Delegation) told that there had been an exchange of notes at the united Nations between himself and Son San (leader of the Cambodian Delegation). The letters represented agreement on four points: (a) the stopping of attacks by press or radio from one country on the other , (b) the curbing of acts of banditry, dacoits, etc, from the territory of one into the other, (c) the prevention of political activity of refugees or of person who had received political asylum, (d). The treatment of certain specified named persons.
