Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-93, confessed to the activities of woman Moeun, female soldier of P-98. In September 1976, Moeun received the plot from Rom, chief of operator group, to kill cadre and soldier who had treatment in hospital P-98, to provoke conflict in one unit to another and to steal medicines and material.
ចម្លើយ ផ្លុង នាត ហៅ ធី យុទ្ធជន ព-៩៨ ឆ្លើយពីនារី មឿន យុទ្ធនារី ព-៩៨ ថា នៅ ខែ ៩-១៩៧៦ មឿនចូលរួមទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពីរ៉ុម ប្រធានក្រុមវះកាត់ អោយសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនដែលនៅព្យាបាលជំងឺនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ព-៩៨ អោយលួចថ្នាំ ពេទ្យ សម្ភារៈ អោយបង្កទំនាស់ពីអង្គភាពមួយទៅអង្គភាពមួយ។
