Summary / Abstract :
|
Both Thailand and South Vietnam have replied favorably to the Cambodian suggestions made in notes of 25 July to each country that separate bilateral talks be held on current matters of contention. South Vietnam's note expresses a desire to normalize relations. Thailand stated that it is willing to have a discussions with Cambodia in Bangkok or New York, but on condition that they be attended by a third party appointed by the united Nation Secretary General.
