Cambodia has rejected as "impractical" Thailand's Proposal for United Nations fact- finding mission to investigate Cambodian Chages of (Free Khmer) Dissident activities on Thai territory. Instead, Cambodia has proposed separate bilateral meeting to discuss outstanding issues between Cambodia and Thailand and between Cambodia and South Vietnam.
