Attached for your information is a report from the "Bangkok Post" of 9th September regarding a press interview given by the prime Minister on the previous day. the statements attributed to the Prime Minister are that (a) Thailand did not Concern itself with dispute between the Chinese Nationalist and communists, (b) Thailand did not favor the SEATO treaty area to cover Tiwan, (c) not demand Cambodia to return former That territory seized by the French but wished to keep what is already Thai, (d) concentrate on internal.
