The confession of Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier at P-93, confessed that he knew the activities of woman Khoeun, chief of small cell at P-98. At the end of 1976, Khoeun assigned her network to destroy medical material and plants.
ចម្លើយ ផ្លុង នាត ហៅ ធី យុទ្ធជន ព-៩៨ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ នារី ឃឿន ប្រធានកងតូច ព-៩៨ ថា នៅចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឃឿន ដាក់ ផែនកាអោយបក្ខពួក បំផុសទំនាស់ បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈពេទ្យ និងបំផ្លាញ ដំណាំដាំដុះ។
