Summary / Abstract :

On the instructions of my Government, and further to my letter No. 1347 of 6 March 1967 (5/ 7809), I have the honor to bring to your attention, for the information of the security council, the content of the statements made by the three armed men from Thailand, Who are in actual fact serei Khmer mercenaries enrolled in the Thai commandos engaged in Sabotage against Cambodia, and who surrendered to the Cambodia authorities of Sampeov Loun and Kaup (province of Battambang) on 4 and 5 February 1967.
