On instructions from my Government and with reference to my letter No. 4567 of June (S/9247), I have the hour to transmit below, for the information of the members of the security council, the text of a statement by the Royal Government of Cambodia dated 10 June 1969, denying the Untruthful statements of the Thai Ministry of the Inferior concerning the capture by the Cambodian authorities of four Thai Soldiers and seventy- two Thai civilians in the region of Phnom Melai, Province of Battambang .
