According to an article published on 26 July 1968 by the British newspaper the Daily Telegraph on the basis of information gathered by its Saigon correspondent, the United states armed forces were preparing new measures against Cambodia, which is accused of providing a sanctuary for mine or ten North- Vietnamese registrants.
