On August 18 at 10.00 hours the negotiations on adjustment of relationship between Thai and Cambodian delegations were opened at the Ministry of foreign Affairs . In his opening address Major- General H.R.H Kromuen Hardship phonograph, Minster of foreign Affairs, head of the Thai Delegation, expressed his gratification at having the honwr and privilege of welcoming the Cambodia delegates.
