Nineth confession's Phann involved in Na, commerce that Na, medic, was medic cardre responsible whole commerce ministry in Kampong Som. Activity to get medicine already when had insurrection take over Kampong Som from Kampuchea communist party in June, 1976.
ចម្លើយ ផាន់ នេសាទរដ្ឋលើកទី ៩ ជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធជាមួយពេទ្យ ណា នៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មថាៈ ពេទ្យ ណា ជាកម្មាភិបាលពេទ្យទទួលខុសត្រូវ ពេទ្យនៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មទាំងមូល នៅក្រុងកំពង់សោម។ បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពត្រៀមថ្នាំពេទ្យពេលធ្វើកុបកម្មដណ្ដើមយកក្រុងកំពង់សោម ពីបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជានៅខែ០៦-១៩៧៦។
