While a "press war" between some Thai and Cambodian newspaper is pursued without abatement, and expressed by Cambodian spokesmen, the Thai and Cambodian Government reportedly are wrangling over whether the Thai- French agreement on the Thailand- Indochina border should be accepted as the proper authority on the Thai Cambodian border alignment before negotiations on border problems open.
