Summary / Abstract :

The paper briefly mentions the historical background of the borders between Cambodia. Vietnam as the problem from foreign domination. Prince Sihanouk wised to strengthen the solidarity with the National liberation front of by accrediting an official representative to Phnom Penh as the ambassador. Additionally, The prince also sent another letter to DRV Premier Pham Van Dong expressing the gratitude for the statement of the DRV government recognition of and respect for the territorial integrity of Cambodian with her frontiers . He added Cambodia and Vietnam will be in the defense against the US imperialism aggressors . Lastly, Sihanouk concluded the statement by recognizing de jure the democratic Republic of Vietnam and the diplomatic relations all the ambassadorial level,
