Summary / Abstract :

Cambodia will refer the controversial border issue over the mountain temple of Khao Phra Viharn to the International courage of justice at the Hague. Mr. Son Sann said it is not Cambodia that claims ownership of the ancient ruins which, in accordance of the treaty in effort belongs to Cambodia, But it is Thailand that makes that move and occupies the shrine against the 1946 Washington agreement, and denounced recognition of the international accord.
