The confession of Min Soeun aka Doeun, chief of state fishing unit, confessed that Pav, farmer at Prek Sala village, was a spy of Colonel Chea Bun Seng. In 1970, Pav moved to lived in liberated region. Min Soeun introduced Pav to mix up poison and human excrement with rice and put it in the revolutionary soldier Veng and other soldiers' palm-leave-packed in order to kill Veng and cause other solders to disgust and flee from the party.
ចម្លើយ មិន សឿន ហៅ ឌឿន ប្រធាននេសាទរដ្ឋឆ្លើយឈ្មោះ ប៉ាវ កសិករនៅភូមិព្រែកសាលា ថាៈ ប៉ាវ ជាគិញរបស់សក្ដិ៥ ជា ប៊ុនសេង មកនៅតំបន់រំដោះក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ មិន សឿន បានណែនាំប៉ាវ អោយលាយថ្នាំបំពុលក្នុងបាយស្មុកដើម្បីសម្លាប់ សមមិត្ដ វ៉េង កងទ័ពបដិវត្ដ ងាយស្រួលបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ ចោលជួរ ហើយយកអាចម៍លាយក្នុងបាយស្មុកយុទ្ធជន ដើម្បីអោយ យុទ្ធជនខឹងបក្ស។
