The confession of Min Soeun aka Doeun, chief of state fishing unit, confessed that Vann Dy, farmer at Ta Ram village, was a spy member of Colonel Chea Bun Seng. Vann Dy, was disguise in the liberated region, spied on the revolutionary military base for enemy soldier in Pung Ror military base in order to fire shell at them. During shelling, 2 revolutionary soldiers were injured.
ចម្លើយ មិន សឿន ហៅ ឌឿន ប្រធាននេសាទរដ្ឋឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ ឌី កសិករនៅភូមិតារាម ឆ្លើយថា វ៉ាន់ឌី អតីតគិញរបស់សក្ដិ ៥ ជា ប៊ុនសេង ហើយមកបង្កប់ក្នុងតំបន់រំដោះ យកការណ៍អោយ ទាហាន នៅបន្ទាយពង្រអោយបាញ់ផ្លោងដាក់យុទ្ធជនបដិវត្ដ ធ្វើអោយរបួស ២ នាក់។
