Summary / Abstract :

The Thai Foreign Minster Nai Thanat Khman, accompanied by his wife and a small departmental staff, has just spent three days in Cambodia on an official visit. In addition to the ritual visit to Angkor he also visited the new port of Sihanoukville and was almost killed in the process, as the pilot of his aircraft, who had never made the joule before lost the way and according to the Thai Ambassador almost crashed into the sea off Koh Kong province in the north.
