The confession of Min Soeun aka Doeun, chief of state fishing unit, confessed that Khin Po, Ou Soeun and Khim, farmers at Khnach and Damnak Thlork village. In 1970, the three hid themselves into the liberated region located in Kampong Tralach district. After April 17, 1975, the three spies were transferred to hide themselves in the local area and fishing unit and linked with Min Soeun.
ចម្លើយ មិន សឿន ហៅ ដឿន ប្រធាននេសាទរដ្ឋ ឆ្លើយពី ឃិន ប៉ូ, អ៊ូ សឿន និង ឃឹម កសិករនៅភូមិខ្នាច និងភូមិដំណាក់ធ្លក ជាគិញមកបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅតំបន់រំដោះក្នុង ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយ១៧-០៤-១៩៧៥ អ្នកទាំង ៣ ខាងលើនេះ មកបង្កប់ខ្លួនជាខ្សែគិញនៅមូលដ្ឋាន និងខ្សែគិញមួយទៀតនៅតាម អង្គភាពនេសាទ ដែលមាន មិន សឿន ជាខ្សែរយៈ។
