The French reply: (a) re-affirmed the willingness of the French Government to allow Cambodia to acquire full independence and sovereignty a d their readiness to discuss any proposal, (b) gave her agreement to transfer of residual powers, (c) suggested in view of the affection in which the sovereign was held by the Khmer Army, (d) requested (corrupt group) delegation to proceed to Paris to discuss in detail various problem.
