Summary / Abstract :
Offroy said what was most surprising was the King's decision to leave country while negotiations were in progress. He had told tourniquet when he last saw him that he had three or four observation to make on the text initialed in Paris on 9th May by his prime minister, but the French High commissioner had been unable to elicit the King's counter proposal.
