I think it is time for Peking , as for Hanoi, as for the national liberation front , to consider that one should not go too far with the Sungkum, since despite the fact it is a good friend, Sihanouk may not be able to hold cut and may yield his place to a Cambodia surhato. The American are not yet beaten, and if they are helped in stopping up the Cambodia breach,..for the American always talk of the breach constituted by our country.
