Summary / Abstract :

On 8th June Nguyen Van Hieu Representative in Phnom Penh of the National Liberation Front of Vietnam called on Prince Sihanouk to hand him text declaration dated 31st May. Issued in response to Cambodian appeal of 9th May. It recognises and undertakes, to respect the present frontiers between south Vietnam and Cambodia , and it rigorously condemns the nanoeuvres and act of aggression of the American imperialists and the south Vietnamese and Thai agents towards Cambodia and resolutely oppose their attempts to modify the present frontiers of Cambodia.
