The confession of Nhoek Norin, worker of Chroy Changva water works, implicated Tho, deputy chief of lathe at Russei Keo technical school. Tho arranged plot to provoke trainees into turmoil in the technical school and convince trainees to go against the revolution and build up forces.
ចម្លើយ ញុឹក នរិន កម្មកររដ្ឋករទឹក ជ្រោយចង្វា ឆ្លើយពី ថូ អនុក្រុម នៅសាលាបចេ្ចកទេសប្ញស្សីកែវ ផ្នែកក្រឡឹង បានរៀបចំ ផែនការ ធ្វើអោយក្នុងសាលាជ្រួលច្របល់ និងដើរបំផុសបំផុលក្នុង ចំណោមសិក្ខាកាមអោយប្រឆាំង និងបដិវត្ដ ព្រមទាំងអូសទាញ កម្លាំង។
