The United States has called home its Ambassador to Cambodia for Report on Cambodia’s recognition of Communist China. On July 18 the Peiping radio announced that Prince Sihanouk, Cambodia Premier, had sent a letter to Premier Chou En-lai notifying him that the Cambodia Government had decides to recognize the Peiping regime.
