The confession of Nhoek Norin, new worker of Chroy Changva water supply, confessed that Chan, soldier of lathe section at Russei Keo technical school, had angry with the Angkar about the problem of eating. Chan betrayed the revolution because Norin indoctrinated Chan to denounce the revolution in among of trainees.
