Un Say aka Sam, group chief of Kampong Som power plant, confessed that in June 1975, Koeun was a driver of Kampong Som transport section. Koeun carried out Free Khmer activity and contacted with former networks in order to revolt against the revolution.
ចម្លើយ អ៊ុន សាយ ហៅ សំ ប្រធានក្រុមម៉ាស៊ីនភ្លើងនៅ កំពង់សោម ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងឈ្មោះ គឿន ថាៈ ៦-១៩៧៥ គឿនជាកម្មករកំពង់សោមផ្នែកបើកបរ ដឹកជញ្ជូន។ បានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពខ្មែរសេរី។ បានប្រមូលបក្សពួកចាស់ៗដើម្បីជាកម្លាំង ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍។
