Prince Norodom Sihanouk, leader of the Cambodian insurgents , rejected new peace appeal by Premier Long Boret of the Phnom Penh Government. The Brigade of about 150 Cambodian troops moved off the strip of highway and headed North. About 200 feet into the bush they stopped and began cooking their launch. They were waiting for the armored column, but nearly an hour later it still had not appeared..
