Seng Leang Kry aka Chhoel, chief of small cell, division 502, confessed that in 1971, Yong, Samet, Saroeun, Touch and Seng, member of region 25 office, recieved the plot from Song Heng, chief of region 25 office, to additionally build up forces, to convince people to go against the revolution, and to demand for having Buddhism and freedom.
ចម្លើយ សេង លាងគ្រី ហៅ ឆិល ប្រធានកងតូច កងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ យ៉ុង, សាម៉េត, សាវឿន, ទូច និង សេង សមាជិក មន្ទីរតំបន់ ២៥ ថានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ ឈ្មោះទាំង ៥ នាក់ខាង លើនេះ បានចូលរួលទទួលផែនការពី សុង ហេង ប្រធានមន្ទីរតំបន់ ២៥ អោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត។ បំផុសប្រជាជនអោយ ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ទាមទាអោយមានព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា និងទាមទាអោយ មានសិទ្ធសេរីភាព។
