The refugees Camp on route 5, about five miles north of Phnom Penh, was busting less than a week ago with more than 10.000 persons. Today it was a ghost town. small arms fire crackled through the camp from across the Tonle Sap, a river and several times an hour military shells and rockets turst among the deserted hanties.
