The confession of Seng Leang Kry aka Chhoel, chief of small cell, division 502, implicated Tuy, chief of Champei sub-district, district 56. Tuy was a hidden force in the base of Chann Mang, deputy commander of battalion 506. In 1972, Tuy took 2 barrels of white sugar, 2 cases of medicine and 3 sacks of soap from Chann Mang.
ចម្លើយ សេង លាងគ្រី ហៅ ឆិល ប្រធានកងតូច កងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពី ទុយ គណៈឃុំចំប៉ី ស្រុក ៥៦ ថាៈ ជាខ្សែបង្កប់នៅ មូលដ្ឋានរបស់ ចាន់ ម៉ង់ អនុបញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច ៥០៦។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ទុយ បានទទួលសម្ភារៈ ដូចជាស្ករស ២ ធុងសាំង ថ្នាំពេទ្យ ២ ឡាំង និងសាប៊ូ ៣ បាវ ពីចាន់ ម៉ង់។
