The confession of Seng Soeun, working at productive cell, region 15, confessed that Seng, cooperative chief of Koh Chen, persuaded people to get angry at the revolution and distributed leaflet at Koh Chen village. The meaning of the leaflet was to call on people to join White Khmer movemnet in order to revolt against the revolution.
ចម្លើយ សេង សឿន នៅកងផលិត តំបន់ ១៥ ឆ្លើយពី សេង ប្រធានសហករណ៍ភូមិកោះចិន ថាៈ ដើរឃោសនាបំផុសប្រជាជន អោយទំនាស់សតិអារមណ៍ជាមួយបដិវត្ដ ហើយដើរបាចត្រាក់នៅ ភូមិកោះចិន ដែលមានខ្លឹមសារ«អំពាវនាវអោយប្រជាជនចូលរួម ជាមួយខ្មែរស ប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ»។
