Taing Vannasy confessed that America’s common plan aimed to overthrow the revolution after April 17, 1975 which has been planned for 6 month from late April to October 1975 to seize Kampong Som/ Siem Reap/ Battambang by using 3 strategic spearheads and reserve force consist of free Khmer force hiding in Dang Rek mountain who mostly were Khmer Krom backed by America. Tang Vannasay’s tasks in Cambodia were to provoke subversion uprising among the public convince the military to go against the relocation to sabotage storing Meanchey Radio station Water supply station in Phnom Penh and chroy Changva.
តាំង វណ្ណាស៊ី បានសារភាពថា ផែនការរួមរបស់អាមេរិក គឺចង់រំលំ បដិវត្ដិក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ដោយរៀបចំផែនការជាសេ្រច រយៈពេល ៦ខែ ពីចុងខែ៤ ដល់ ខែ១០-១៩៧៥ ដោយមាន បំណងដណ្ដើមយកខេត្ដ កំពង់សោម, សៀមរាប បាត់ដំបង ដោយ ប្រើមុខព្រួញបី និងយកកំលាំងត្រៀមវាយ មានពួកខ្មែរសេរី ដែល បង្កប់ខ្លួននៅភ្នំដងរែក ដែលសុទ្ធសឹងជាខ្មែរក្រោម ហើយអាមេរិក ជួយវាយពីក្រោយ។ ចំពោះភារកិច្ចរបស់ តាំង វណ្ណាស៊ី មកស្រុក ខ្មែរគឺធ្វើវិទ្ធង្សនា បំបះបំបោរប្រជាជន អោយមានភាពចលាចល ពន្យល់យោធាយ៉ាងណា អោយខឹងនឹងបដិវត្ដន៍ និងធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្ម បំផ្លាញបុស្ដិវិទ្យុស្ទឹងមានជ័យ បំផ្លាញរដ្ឋាករទឹកភ្នំពេញ និងជ្រោយចង្វារ។
