The confession of Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier at division 502, confessed that in 1976 Yan, soldier of company 13, division 502, and Phat received traitorous plot from Vey to gather traitorous forces, foodstuffs and ammunitions, and to find way to kill core cadre.
ចមើ្លយ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជន នៅកងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ យ៉ន យុទ្ធជននៅអនុសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៥០២ ថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ យ៉ន និង វា«ផាត» ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី វៃ អោយប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ រកយុទ្ធវិធីសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលសំខាន់ៗ ប្រមូលស្បៀង និង គ្រាប់ទុក។
