ចាន់បានធ្វើសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនទៅថ្នាក់លើស្ដីអំពីអ្នកទោសចូលថ្ងៃ ២-១-១៩៧៨ ដែលក្នុងនោះអ្នកទោសផ្នែកសាធារណៈការចំនួន ២ នាក់ ផ្នែកក្រសួងសង្គមកិច្ច ៦នាក់ និង ចារកិច្ចយួន ១នាក់។
