Cambodia today refuted Thailand's assurances to Australia's Prime Minister, Mr Keating that the Thai military is not supporting the murderous Khmer Rouge. Cambodia 's Foreign Minister, Prince Norodom Sirivudh, said it was clear that " Certain Thai authorities " support the rebel group he said his government may be forced to protest to the UN security Council.
