This dispatch relates the events of the recent government crisis in chronological order. Briefly, it tells how Sihanouk created a chaotic situation and then left town, and how Sim Var and Penn Nouth bu using the King 's name were able to straighten this situation out while avoiding any possible accusation that they were in any way competing with Sihanouk.
