On be half of Samdach Hun Sen, the Prime Minister on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia and on behalf of myself, I am Very happy to participate in today's 10 year anniversary of Redd Barra Cambodia with the presence of the diplomatic community members of parliament representatives of the Royal government UN agencies national and Internationale NGOs and the children the Bambo shoots and the base for human resources of the country.
