I renter to Dr. David Roberts letter to the Washington Time (WT) dated 13,9,02 among others. Dr. Roberts statement that "Mr Rainsy is not a democrat. He is a disappointed authoritarian in the Cambodian tradition, He refers to his Vietnamese neighbors as Yuon meaning savage is both ignorant and possibly defamatory of Mr. Sam Rainsy In my view a fair minded and objective observer would say that Mr. Raisy is an integral part of democracy movement of Cambodia.
