Kung Ngoeun is a farmer. Ngoeun has 8 siblings and 4 died in Pol Pot regime. Ngoeun's parents were both killed by the Khmer Rouge. Ngoeun was a police member in Lon Nol regime. Kung Ngoeun wanted to have the tribunal as soon as possible
គង់ ងឿន គឺជាកសិករ។ ងឿន មានបងប្អូនចំនួន ៨នាក់ តែស្លាប់អស់៤កាលពីជំនាន់ប៉ុល ពត។ ឪពុកម្ដាយរបស់ងឿនក៏ត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហមសមាប់ដែរ។ ងឿនគឺជា ប៉ូលីសនៅក្នុងសម័យលន់ ណុល។ ចំពោះរឿងតុលាការ ងឿនគាំទ្រចំពោះដំណើរការកាត់ទោសមេដឹកនាំខែ្មរក្រហមហើយចង់អោយដំណើរការប្រព្រឹត្ដ្ដទៅយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស។
