កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Chann Chakrei aka Mean, 35, was born in Po Khpuos, Preah Sdech district, region 24. Chann Chakrei was detained by Angkar for the time being. Kim Sut, messenger of Chann Chakrei, saw and served the revolutionary activities with Chann Chakrei. Chann Chakrei secretly contacted Ta Se, chief of district 16, in May 1974, when Chann Chakrei went to region 24 and met with Mon and Ta Chhouk and held a secret meeting at a house. In June 1975, Chann Chakrei went to Vietnam and stopped at region 24 for a night and met secretly with Ta Chhouk until 8 pm. In the morning, Chann Chakrei continued his trip tosouth Vietnam to meet for talks with 2 unknown Vietnamese at a house.
ចាន់ ចក្រី ឈ្មោះបដិវត្ដ មាន កើតនៅពោធិខ្ពស់ ស្រុកព្រះសេ្ដច តំបន់ ២៤ អាយុ៣៥ បច្ចុប្បន្នត្រូវអង្គការឃាត់ឃ្លួន។ គឹម ស៊ុត ជានិរសាចក្រីបានឃើញ និងបំរើសកម្មភាពក្បត់បដិវត្ដជាមួយចក្រី។ ចាន់ ចក្រី បានទាក់ទងជាមួយ តាសេ គណៈស្រុក ១៦ ជាសម្ងាត់ បំផុតនៅខែ៥-១៩៧៤ ។ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ចក្រីបានទៅតំបន់ ២៤ ជួប ម៉ុន និងតាឈូកនៅបានប្រជំសម្ងាត់នៅក្នុងផ្ទះតៀមមួយ។ ដល់ខែ៦-១៩៧៥ បានទៅស្រុកយួនហើយបានឈប់នៅតំបន់ ២៤ មួយយប់និងបានជួបប្រជុំជាមួយតាឈូក សម្ងាត់តែ២ នាក់រហូត ដល់ម៉ោង ២០ យប។់ លុះព្រឹកឡើងក៍បន្ដដំណើរទៅស្រុកយួន ខាងត្បូងដើម្បីជួបយួន ២នាក់ មិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះហើយបានឡើង ទៅលើផ្ទះបាត់ទៅ។
