Cheam Hoeung, former professor, evacuated to live at Baray district, Kampong Thom province, confessed that But Sat assigned Um Heanh, Ma Rong, Thaong Khan, But That, and Ke Ry, living at in Baray sub-district, to spread leaflets in ricefield worksites, destroy revolutionary slogan banners and cooperatives' properties, and planned to assassinate cadres of villages.
ជាំ ហឿង អតីតសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ ជំលៀសទៅនៅបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អ៊ុំ ហ៊ាញ, ម៉ា រ៉ុង, ថោង ខន, ប៊ុត ថាន និង កែ រី នៅឃុំបារាយណ៍ថា ៥នាក់ខាងលើនេះឈ្មោះ ប៊ុត សាត ជាអ្នកអប់រំអោយធ្វើសកម្មភាព លួចធ្វើត្រាក់ ដើម្បីបាច ត្រាក់តាមការដ្ឋានស្ទូងស្រូវ កំទេចបដាពាក្យស្លោកបដិវត្ដ បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញទ្យ្រសម្បត្ដិសហករណ៍និងបានរកសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលភូមិ។
