Cheal Heul, worker of Takhmau tyre factory, joined the C.I.A in November 1971, under the nomination of Huy Vann Chhan and the acceptation of Vung Nat. After April 17, 1975 he linked with C.I.A network of Pin Thon and carried out anti-revolutionary activities with Prakk Sary's group.
ជាល ហ៊ឺល កម្មកររោងចក្រកង់ឡានតាខ្មៅ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅ ខែ១១-១៩៧១ ដែលមានអ្នកនាំចូលឈ្មោះ ហ៊ុយ វ៉ាន់ឆាន អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់វង់ ណាត។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានមកភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយ ពិន ថុន និងធ្វើសកម្មភាពជាមួយ ប្រាក់ សាវី។
